John Savage, Oregon
John Savage is a former Oregon public utility commissioner. He was first appointed to the Oregon Public Utility Commission on September 1, 2003 to a two-year term, and was subsequently reappointed to four-year terms on April 1, 2005, April 1, 2009, and April 1, 2013. His latest term expired on March 31, 2017.[1]
Biography
Savage joined the Oregon Department of Energy (DOE) in 1987 as an administrator in the Policy and Planning Division. In 1993, he became the director of the DOE, where he remained until his appointment to the Oregon Public Utility Commission in 2003.[1]
