I am not a politician. I am a Husband, a Father, a Child of God. I have a normal job, and a weekly paycheck. I teach Sunday school to first graders. I've been a Little League coach. I am a lifelong Conservative Republican. I have taken part in the political process, by donating and volunteering, but I never wanted to run for office, and never imagined it would happen before retirement. That all changed in recent times, when I watched botched State Government actions, and the decisions of career politicians, tear lives apart. I am ready to make the sacrifice and serve Nevadans!

I found myself saying that I wished that people that didn't want the job would run for office, so, I stepped up to the plate. I plan to fight against the Californication of Nevada. I will fight for 2nd Amendment rights, school choice, personal freedom, protection of our elections. I will fight to reverse the numerous tax increases of the last several years, and I will not stop until the power of the Governor to single-handedly shut down businesses and churches is gone forever. We must never be subject to dictatorial orders by a Governor again. I support the rights to Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness, as our great Founders supported. I will fight in Carson City for deregulation. We will remove roadblocks to personal success. We will eliminate bureaucracies that strangle the free market and entrepreneurship. Join me. I'd appreciate your support, and your vote will not be taken for granted.

  • I will fight for the right to acquire, keep, and bear arms. The Democrats, and even some Republicans, have fought hard to strip you of your right to not only keep and bear arms, but to acquire those arms in the first place. I will fight for the unabated ability and right of law abiding citizens to acquire, keep, and bear arms.
  • Election Integrity. I was a poll watcher for the Trump Campaign in the last election. The lack of election integrity, and the shenanigans that I witnessed at the polls were unbelievable. Until then I truly thought America was beyond the reach of election fraud, as has been seen in other nations. I now have no doubt that our entire election system is in disarray. I will fight to restore confidence in our elections and establish election integrity laws in Nevada. No voter should ever wonder if their vote was cancelled by fraudulent activities.
  • Limited Government. I will fight to keep the Government out of your life, and out of your wallet. I will fight to limit the power of the Governor, so that one man will never have the power to singlehandedly close schools, churches, and businesses, and to install medical mandates in Nevada. I will fight for the elimination of taxes passes in recent years, as well as fight against any tax increases, and to reverse the gross abuse of "fees" in government agencies, from the DMV to commercial licensing. I also will fight for school choice, to keep the Government out of our children's education.
I am passionate about Conservatism, and a Conservative approach to Government.

I believe whole-heartedly in limited government. Government exists for infrastructure and defense of the nation. Not to meddle in and interfere with the lives of the people.

I am passionate about the rights of the people. The rights that our Forefathers elevated in this nations founding document, Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. As described in that document, The Declaration of Independence, those are merely three of countless unalienable rights endowed by our creator. The rights of Nevadans have been trampled, and I believe that we must fight this.
I am passionate about the right to establish a business, without stifling taxes, permits, and fees.
I am passionate about the unabated right to acquire, keep, and bear arms.
I am passionate about a parents right to school choice, a free market education system is the solution to our failed, consistently ranked 49th or 50th, education system.
I am passionate about life, and I believe life affirming pregnancy centers deserve the same access to funding as abortion promoting centers.

I am passionate about eliminating and preventing taxes, fees, and any other financial burdens placed on the people and businesses by Government. I am passionate about protecting our elections, and will settle for nothing less than complete election integrity, and full transparency by election authorities in our state.
Jesus Christ.
Because he was the only perfect man ever to walk the Earth. He spoke only truth. So, if I follow Christ only, I will never be led astray.
Integrity, authenticity, frugality, and humbleness are among the most important principles that should be held by a representative of the people. We should treat the people as we would treat ourselves. We should be stewards of the peoples resources and money. Me must be transparent, authentic, and teachable. And we must always be open to our constituents to hear concerns and ideas, and to help them with problems.
Well, I am a devout Christian, so first and foremost I would like to be remembered as a Man who put Christ first, and who led others to Him.

As a servant of the people of Nevada I want to leave a legacy of a man that went to Carson City and fought for the people. That truly believed in a government for the people, of the people, and by the people. A man who kept his phone on and responded to the needs of Nevadans. A man that fought to eliminate government overreach, taxes, and infringements on unalienable rights and liberties.

As a husband and father I want to leave a legacy of a man remembered for always doing the next right thing, and teaching his family to do the same.
My first Job was at Foothill Feed Store, in 1992. I was 14 years old. I worked every day after school and on the weekends. My job was to help customers, load vehicles with feed, and stack hay on the delivery truck and help with deliveries. I was paid $4.00 and hour, and whatever feed I needed for my pet pig, and my ducks and chickens. It was awesome to me! I worked there for a year, then it was sold and I was let go. That job was a great experience.
The Bible. Specifically Proverbs. Because it has all of the wisdom one needs for a healthy and successful life.
The Governor should be the ultimate servant of the people, while the legislature should be the ultimate representative of the people. Therefore the Governor should look to the legislature for guidance and approval in all decisions and actions.
Tackling wasteful spending. Downsizing government and returning freedoms to Nevadans.
I see no benefit. A unicameral state legislature will lack the balance required to properly represent the people.
I do not. I believe government should be made up of the people that it represents. Not elites or career politicians.
Yes. Working relationships in all areas of life are far more productive than not. Developing these relationships helps in the exchange of ideas and the accomplishment of goals.
Gerrymandering should be outlawed. Legislatures should not be drawing maps for their own elections. Cities and towns should decide the boundary lines of their State representatives. Those boundaries should be mandated to be drawn in as square as possible, with straight lines.
Finance Committee, Senate Commerce and Labor Committee, Senate Education Committee, Senate Government Affairs Committee, Senate Natural Resources Committee
Bob Beers was a great steward of the peoples money and the peoples will in the legislature. I would love to follow his example.
No. I'm not ruling it out, but the truth is I wasn't interested in being a politician at all. But I figured if I'm not willing to step up, then we'll get stuck with the same old thing again!
Countless. But one of the most touching stories recently was from a woman that was stuck home, and hopeless during the height of the pandemic. Due to the fact that the only place she ever went was Church on Sundays. And the Governor forbid her Church to hold services. She asked me to make sure that never happens again. And I certainly will fight like mad to ensure the Governor never has that kind of power to himself again!
A horse walks into a bar, the bartender says, so, why the long face. . .
Yes. The Governor should never have the power to shut down businesses, churches, and schools again. He should be required to hold a special session and let the representatives of the people decide the proper course of action! Emergency Powers must never be granted to a single person. Especially in todays age, where a Governor could easily use technology to call a special session.
Compromise of ideas and methods yes. Compromise of morals and what you know is right however, will avail nothing good.
