John Street

John Street was the District 2 incumbent on the Bryan School Board in Texas. He
ran
unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014.
Street resigned from the board on September 1, 2016, stating he was moving out of the district.[1] The board appointed Julie Harlin to the District 2 seat to serve until the election on November 7, 2017.[2]

The November 4, 2014, general election in Bryan Independent School District featured two seats up for election. The at-large race featured incumbent David Stasny and challenger Roy Flores. District 2 incumbent John Street ran unopposed.

Street won re-election unopposed.
Funding
Candidates must file reports with the Texas Ethics Commission or the appropriate county clerk. They must disclose the amount of each contribution (or the value and nature of any in-kind contribution), the name and address of the individual or political committee making the contribution and the date of the contribution. Filers must also report all expenditures, including the date of an expenditure, the name and address of the person to whom the expenditure is made and the purpose of the expenditure.[3]
