Synowiecki earned his B.S. in criminal justice and philosophy from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 1987.[1]

As a former probation officer and through my work with Catholic Charities, I understand the long-term importance of investments in children and families. Education is the key to economic prosperity for individuals and to local economic development. In order for us to grow our economy and bring good jobs to the South Omaha community, we need to make sure education and property tax relief are top priorities for the state.[3]

Initiative rights

Synowiecki voted in favor in Nebraska Legislative Bill 39, to restrict initiative rights in Nebraska.
