John Toplikar
John Toplikar (Republican Party) was a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 15. He assumed office in 2019. He left office on January 9, 2023.
Toplikar (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Kansas House of Representatives to represent District 15. He did not appear on the ballot for the Republican primary on August 2, 2022.
Toplikar previously served as a Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives from 1992 to 2002. He also served as Johnson County District 6 commissioner from 2003 to 2017.[1]
Biography
John Toplikar was born and lives in Olathe, Kansas. He earned a law degree from Washburn University, a degree in communications from Kansas University, and attended Johnson County Community College. Toplikar coached for community organizations and served as Grand Knight for the Knights of Columbus.[2] He served as a city councilor-at-large from 1989 to 1991, Johnson County Commissioner, and member of the Republican Precinct Committee.[3]
