John W. Totten, III
John W. Totten, III was a district court judge for the 26th Judicial District of North Carolina. He lost a re-election bid and left office at the end of his term in 2012.[1][2]
2012 election
Totten was defeated in the primary election on May 8, 2012 after receiving 13.7% of the vote.[2][3]
