John Watson Barr
John Watson Barr (1826-1907) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Kentucky.
He was nominated by President Rutherford B. Hayes on April 9, 1880. He was confirmed by the Senate on April 16, 1880, and received commission that same day. He retired on February 21, 1899.
