John L. Weinberg was a recalled federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. He began serving as a magistrate judge on the court in 1973.[1]

Education

Weinberg received his B.A. degree from Swarthmore College. He then attended the University of Chicago Law School for his J.D. degree.[1]

Career

Weinberg began his career as a law clerk in Illinois state courts and in the U.S. District Court in Seattle. He also worked as a private practice lawyer for five years prior to his judicial appointment in 1973.[1]
