John Weld Peck (1874-1937) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Peck was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on October 30, 1919 to fill the seat vacated by Howard Clark Hollister. He was confirmed by the Senate on November 5, 1919, and received commission that same day. He resigned on April 3, 1923.[1] Peck was succeeded in this position by Smith Hickenlooper.
