Johnathan Rhyne
Johnathan Rhyne was a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. He first won election to the House in 1988, but has changed legislative districts numerous times. He represented District 97 from 2009 until his resignation on August 15, 2011.
Rhyne is an attorney.
