As a dedicated public servant, I, Johnnie S. Townsend, am seeking election to the State Senate for District #11. With over a decade of community involvement as a husband, father of four, and grandfather of six, I possess the leadership skills and commitment necessary to effectively serve the people of Michigan.
  • Mental Health: I believe we must address mental health by opening facilities and ensuring individuals struggling with mental illness receive the necessary care.
  • Education: We need to invest more in our children's education and safety, with advanced security systems and emergency response plans in place.
  • Healthcare: We must reform our healthcare system to provide flexible, tailored plans that cater to individual needs and circumstances.
I have no favorites, but policies that make sense and support the people of Michigan.
