Education

Barajas earned his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in 1981 and his J.D. from the University of Denver in 1984.[3]

Career

Prior to his judicial appointment in 2003, Barajas was a district court magistrate in Adams County. He also worked as an attorney for various private law firms and for the Legal Aid Society of Metropolitan Denver.[3]
