Biography

Johnny Garcia was born in Oklahoma. Garcia served in the United States Air Force from 1965 to 1969. He attended Wichita State University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for undergraduate study. His career experience includes working in engineering. He has been affiliated with the National Rifle Association.
