Johsira Cruz Fletcher A.K.A Johsie Cruz Fletcher. Daughter of Rev. Joel Cruz Martínez and First Lady Lilia Barrios de Cruz. Her father was a missionary for the Southern Baptist Convention over 35 years in Venezuela and the United States combined. She was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, on May 12th, 1969.

Following her father’s footsteps, she earned her BA in Sacred Ministries from Baptist Theology Seminary of Venezuela in 1993. She came legally to America and worked as Liaison for the Latino Congregation at the Florida Baptist Church in Fort Lauderdale, where she was able to secure her residency and became US Citizen in 2005. Johsie Cruz Fletcher did her medical field studies as Business Administration and as Medical Administration in City College of Fort Lauderdale

Member of GA GOP, she believes in small government that allows the private sector to grow and create sources of employment, pushing our economy forward. She quotes Ronald Reagan's Idea in the belief that: "The best social program is a well-paid job"

In 2016, she was part of a grass-roots movement known as Latinos for Trump of Georgia which brought 39% of the Latino vote for Trump -the highest of the nation-, also participated in the political battle at Cobb County against Jon Ossoff in 2017 as well as was engaged in the Latinos for Kemp movement in 2018

She was the 2020 Republican candidate for Georgia's 4th Congressional District on the general election of November 2020.
  • Johsie Cruz Fletcher is “Your Voice” in Congress.

My district (Georgia's 13th Congressional District) is primarily made up of African Americans, Hispanics, and Asians minorities. The time has come for these minorities to have true representation in Congress and that is why I will be YOUR VOICE. This election “the candidate is you”.

Our values as minorities are aligned with a community that believes in God, in the US Constitution and the fact that all of us were created equal.
  • In God We Trust, 100% Pro-Life and fervent defender of the US Constitution.
  • First and Second Amendments are the corner stone of our country and Bill of Rights to be the prevailing law of the land.
Advocating for the enforcement of immigration laws, prioritize our national sovereignty by taking all the border security measures. This is a real threat to our national security.

Against the Global Agenda that pretends reshape our country, and for this the First and the Second Amendment Rights needs to be protected in Washington D.C.

The only way to have Limited Government is by lowering the taxes as the effective way to reduce the government spending.

Stopping our children’s indoctrination, promoting parents to participate in curriculum content and controlling school boards, and promoting contents aligned with our traditional values as a country.
I look up to George Washington and Abraham Lincon our founding fathers. I believe in and support the US Constitution and Bill of Rights.

I believe in the democratic process of electing officers by equal and fair right to elect and the implementation of The Rule of Law.

I would like to follow Ronald Reagan and Xavier Milei’s examples. Both are promoters of limited government, freedom, and liberty*
1. Prioritizing balanced budgets, limited government spending, and lower taxes to promote economic growth and fiscal responsibility.

2. Advocating for a robust national defense, supporting the military, and prioritizing the safety and security of the nation.
3. Protecting individual freedoms and personal responsibility, while limiting government intervention in people's lives.
4. Upholding traditional family values, such as respect for life, marriage, and religious freedom.
5. Upholding the Constitution and the rule of law, and advocating for law and order to maintain public safety and security.
6. Respecting the authority of states to govern themselves and advocating for limited federal government interference in state affairs.

7. Demonstrating a strong commitment to the principles and values of the United States, including love of country and pride in its heritage.
I am honest, team player, patient, empathy, confident, versatile, passionate, and organized person. I carry myself in a friendly manner. I can come up with solutions to a problem or challenge. I am an active listener and I understand people needs to demonstrate concern and care for. I am a woman of my words.

I reflect my life in the following quotation from Albert Einstein: Only a life lived in the service to others is worth living.
1. Serving as a voice for my constituents in Congress, understanding their concerns, and advocating for their interests on the national stage.

2. Introducing and supporting legislation that aligns with conservative principles and addresses the needs and priorities of your district and the nation as a whole.
3. Conducting oversight of government agencies and programs to ensure they are operating efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with conservative values and principles.
4. Participating in the budgetary process, advocating for fiscal responsibility, and working to balance the federal budget while prioritizing essential government functions.
5. Working with HR colleagues across the political aisle to find common ground on issues of national importance and advancing bipartisan solutions when possible.
6. Keeping constituents informed about my work in Congress, listening to my constituents feedback, and engaging with them through town hall meetings, newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.
7. Assisting constituents with navigating federal agencies, accessing resources and services, and addressing individual concerns and inquiries.

8. Staying true to conservative principles and values, such as limited government, individual liberty, free-market, and a strong national defense.
My legacy would be prohibit by law socialism, fascism, and globalism.
I was 22 years old when Lieutenant Colonel Hugo Chavez attempted to overthrow a seating democratic elected president, while I was living in Venezuela
I worked for Nation Baptist Convection around 7 years as Domestic Missionary.
I had many challenges in the past that allowed me to grow that made me the person I am today.
1. Representation based on population

2. Members of the House of Representatives are directly elected by the people in their respective congressional districts
3. House members serve shorter terms compared to senators, with elections held every two years.
4. The Constitution grants the House of Representatives the exclusive power to originate revenue bills, such as those related to taxation and government spending
5. With 435 voting members, the House of Representatives is larger than the Senate, allowing for more diverse representation.

6. The House operates under its own set of rules and procedures, which govern everything from the legislative process to committee operations and floor debates.
Experience is irrelevant if the representatives are the voice for their constituents in Congress, understanding their concerns, and advocating for their interests on the national stage is the must important thing.
* National Security.
  • Upholding the Constitution and the rule of law.
  • Balanced budgets and Limited spending.
  • Protecting individual freedoms.
I’ll follow our Constitution
1.- US Senator Ted Cruz from Texas has impacted my political career due to his expertise as Constitutional Lawyer. He was elected into office as the First Hispanic-American to serve Texans in US Senate. He is a key member taking consistently conservative positions on economics and social policy. Following 2020 elections results fraud claim, Senator Cruz received widespread political and backslash for objecting to the certification of Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 presidential election and giving credence to the false claim that the election was fraudulent. I see in Senator Cruz an example of constitutionalist politician with enough influence to bring back our country to it foundation by implementing the Constitution of United State of America.

2.- Representative Nancy Pelosi has impacted my political career as well, but no because her ideology, not at all. However, Pelosi is the first woman elected as US House Speaker and the first woman to lead as major political party in either chamber of Congress and she is the dean of California’s congressional delegation. She was the highest-ranking woman in the presidential line of succession in both terms. She manages herself graciously, she possesses a wealth of knowledge of America’s politics which is a valuable resource.

3.- Representative Newt Gingrich from Georgia 6 Congressional District demonstrated ability to became speaker of the House was known as Man of the year for his role in ending the four-decades-long democratic majority in the House. As House Speaker, Gingrich impeached President Bill Clinton. Gingrich was known as playing the key role in hastening political polarization and partisanship. Mr. Gingrich political career has impacted me deeply.
"Your mother has being with us for 20 years” said John.

“isn’t it time she got a place to her own?

“My my mother?’’ replied Helen.

“I thought she was your mother.”
Usually there is compromise but the compromise will never goes against or violating the US Constitution. My only compromise is with the Constitution of the United States of America.
I will use it to be more efficient by stopping the two tiers law

In Conyers, I met an elementary teacher who talked to me asking what she could do to comunícate with immigrants from Central America because it looks that her "limited Spanish" was not helping at all.

I told her that most Centroamericans are not Spanish spoken but indigenous; they use their own tribe language and is very difficult even for Spanish speaking people to communicate with them.

Anyways, this teacher's dedication is what America is all about, it's to help immigrants to assimilate and love our country.
