I graduated from The University of Virginia, College at Wise with a bachelor’s degree is Mass Communication and a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Stratford University. I worked as a Department of Defense Civilian Employee for The United States Government for seven years assisting military families in Healthcare. During this time, I also volunteered for both The American Red Cross and The United States Service Organization for Army soldiers and their dependents. After serving our military families, I transitioned into volunteering as an Advocate full time for families who have suffered injustices which led me to legislation and law. I am now ready to serve my district.

I withhold the qualities of integrity, loyalty, honesty and trust worthy. I am passionate, persistent and faith based that leads communities through strength and love. I’m a leader who cares more about the Americans I lead more than the aspect of leading itself. My drive and inability to never give up is what will make me a successful officeholder.
The core responsibilities for someone elected to this office are to make, amend and pass laws that come from the public voice and testimonies of the American people.
The very first historical event that I could never forget was the Tuesday morning of September 11, 2001 also known as 9/11. Four coordinated Al Queda Terrorist attacks that led to 2,977 fatalities, 25,000 injuries and 10 billion dollars worth of damage and infrastructure. I was only 13 years old and I had to be released early from school. I had family members in New York that had been injured that day and friends who had lost family members that day. It is the deadliest terrorist attack in human history and apart of what inspired myself to serve as an Army Civilian Employee for The United States Army.
Any Joyce Meyer Book as her ministries exists to share the life, faith and hope of Christ.
The U.S House of Representatives primary duties of The General Assembly is to make, amend and pass laws. Laws shape politics, economics, history and society is various ways. Public voice is public testimony is powerful in the process of creating legislation. The Elected official represents Americans questions and concerns. Connecting the communities concerns with public policies that will protect them is what makes The U.S. House of Representatives a unique institution.
I believe two years is the right term length for representatives because it is in The U.S. Constitution and it prevents Members of the House from growing detached from their constituencies if they did not face regular elections.
Stacey Abrams, an American Politician, lawyer and voting rights activist who served in the Georgia House of Representatives as a minority leader and member of the Democratic Party is a modern day role model and hero who I model myself after. She founded an organization that addresses voter suppression which not only led to Joe Biden winning the State but giving Democrats control over the Senate. I would be honored to follow in her foot steps.
