Jon Camp
Jon Camp was a member of the Lincoln City Council in Nebraska, representing District 2. He was first elected in 1999.[1] He did not run for re-election in 2019.
Although municipal positions in Lincoln are officially nonpartisan, Camp was affiliated with the Republican Party in the 2015 election.
Biography
Camp obtained a B.S. in business administration and a J.D. from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. When he served on the city council, his professional experience included overseeing the development and management of buildings within the Haymarket Historic District in Lincoln and working as the vice-president and co-owner of CPI Qualified Plan Consultants, Inc.[1]

2015
The city of Lincoln, Nebraska, held elections for city council on May 5, 2015. A primary election took place on April 7, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was March 6, 2015. Four of the seven city council seats were up for election.[2] Incumbent Jon A. Camp and Patte Newman faced no challengers in the primary election. Camp defeated Newman in the general election on May 5.[3][4][5]
