I am Jon Frederick Gray-Ginsberg, a 2026 Colorado Gubernatorial Candidate. I am a Native of Frisco, CO (Primary) and Parker, Colorado. I have been a Summit County, CO., Delegate for the Republican Party. I graduated from Kent Denver Country Day High School in Greenwood Village, and graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with 2 Undergraduate Business and IT / Visual Programming Degrees. I am a Google AI Developer & Microsoft Business Partner, constantly upgrading my skills through ongoing education. My IT & AI Development Company, Computerberg Technologies, has been based in Summit County, Colorado since 1997. When not working locally, I have provided computer work for and / or contracted to National Enterprises such as Raytheon, CO USDA, TX HCTRA, Halliburton, Disney, Siemens Energy, Universal, NationStar Mortg., Bechtel, Viacom, Whole Foods, 7-11, & Zurich American Insurance to name a few of my past clients through various representation. Having spent my Computer Programming career already contracting in Energy, Defense, Mortgage Banking, Law, Construction, and Government Computer work through representation, as an IT and AI programmer, I have a much clearer picture of what CO needs to have programmed in her future than any other candidate. In my 21 point roadmap for CO Economic Recovery, and through my 4 & 8 year plans, I use my skills as an IT & AI Developer to create every scenario to grow Colorado in the right direction.
  • Gubernatorial Candidate Jon Gray-Ginsberg states that his CO State Plan for Economic Development through Colorado Resources includes:

4.Building a New Intl. Univ. in Summit County, CO to further serve the Front Range. 5.Welcoming Tourism by Inviting Disney Corp. 6.Growing Farm Output by protecting farmers 7.Securing CO Govt. 12.Setting a goal for Streamlined 3D Housing / Apt. Development & redevelopment of Commercial Towers unoccupied to become residential units
  • Gubernatorial Candidate Jon Gray-Ginsberg states that his CO International Plan for Economic Development includes Tariff relief through Modern Mercantilism: 13.Promote in CO International G Summit Meeting (ie. Davos) - will increase tourism. 14.Hold UN Peace Talks & Peace Accords (ie. China & Taiwan “Happy Family” peace talks). 15.Deploy NATO to work with NORAD & Land Space X in CO. 16.Robotics in Law Enforcement (HB25-1005). 17.Complete the UH-72 Lakota Purchase as setup by the DOD for the CO Natl.Guard 18.Request CATL for CO battery investment for tariff relief. 19.Bring Car Assembly Production into CO from Ford, EU, and Japan for Tariff relief. 20.Developing Molybdenum Computer chip foundries. 21.Strive for the Winter Olympics in CO

As a Student who graduated from CO Public and Private Schools, Candidate Jon Gray-Ginsberg believes that school lunches are very important. “Feed the students well and they will attend, learn, play, & cheer, but starve them & they will disappear.” SB 22-087

Abortion is a very tough issue and all U.S. lives matter, however I also believe in women's rights and believe in ROE v. Wade. However, CO may have become too extreme and she may be heartless as an “Abortion Sanctuary State” under all second trimester conditions with no questions asked.

My heart cries for the State and immigrants stuck in this immigration chaos. I believe the US border is a Sovereign Artery that needs to be maintained, controlled, & not let burst.
I look up to:

Denver’s Late Great Celebrity Barry Fey - I worked for Fey Concerts in the 1990’s.
John Gray of Mount Vernon - 1776 - An ancestor on my mother’s side-
Dawn Steel - I worked for Disney film producer Dawn Steel in 1992 during “Cool Runnings.”
Howard Hughes - Though flawed, Mr. Hughes was an amazing American Technical Influence.
Steven Jobs - As I work on IT and Apple computers daily, I almost feel like I know Steve Jobs.
Roy Disney - I worked at Walt Disney Studios from 1990-1997 while Roy Disney was in charge.
Stanley Kubrick - I think now is a good time to watch Dr. Strangelove again.
Gerald Ford - I worked for their estate in Vail, CO performing IT work.
Richard Nixon-I wish Pres. Nixon was still alive, as he is still fascinating to watch.
Dennis Hopper-I worked for the Family in 1995 for the week of his birthday in Venice, CA.
Ronald Reagan-What a great president, he made peace and quiet by ending the cold war, brought down the wall, for a short time the world was at peace with the least conflicts.
John Lennon-He didn’t deserve to be assassinated, nor did Charlie Kirk deserve to be assassinated.

Viktor Orbán is the current Prime Minister of Hungary - Colorado is like the Country of Hungary, stuck in the middle.

Pres. Donald Trump - I believe Pres. Trump is trying to do an effective job and The Art of the Deal is something to ponder.

Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands, Felipe VI of Spain, and Princess Anne of Windsor - Did you know their Family ancestors started CO civilization before 1866 as a first sort of EU UK joint venture. Of course the Ute Tribes are very important and we have them to thank for Utah.

If I was Elon Musk for a day, I would make a time machine out of the SpaceX and chase objects 3I/ATLAS and Oumuamua like a Greyhound and a rabbit in a space race.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott- Even with a handicap, Gov. Abbott is amazing, and still effectively manages Texas in lieu of so much unnecessary static against him.
I, Jon Frederick Gray Ginsberg, quote Marcus Tullius Cicero – 43 BC – Republican Optimate. “The function of wisdom is to discriminate between good and evil.”, which is also a principle in Computer Programming. The State must ultimately be logical to be balanced, just as a computer program cannot have computer viruses and work correctly. CO’s record deficit of almost a billion dollars under the current regime & the special session to undermine the Tabor laws are erroneous & unacceptable principles closer to geopolitical malware than Sovereign compliance. Politicians must understand the command in the Bible to "overcome evil with good" in Romans 12:21 and Deuteronomy 30:19, which presents a choice between life (good) and death (evil) based on obedience. The warning in Isaiah 5:20 against distorting good and evil, & the foundational story of humanity's attainment of the "knowledge of good & evil" in Genesis 3:22 is relevant to the principle & characteristic of balanced ethics from any worthy leader. According to Wikipedia, in Mathematics, Characteristics are the whole number or integral part of a logarithm, which gives the order of magnitude of the original number. Once again logical Characteristics are better characteristics for political leaders during times of great deficit. It is my belief that SB25-148 for campaign finance has been violated, both in Character & Principal, especially regarding Frisco, CO Municipal cancelled 2024 & 2018 elections.

As for most important Principles, a fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior or for a chain of reasoning are "my basic principles of Judeo-Christianity" in a Modern world.

To quote Ronald Reagan, "For without law, there can be no freedom, only chaos and disorder; and without freedom, law is but a cynical veneer for injustice and oppression."
As the Next Governor of Colorado, And as a chief executive role, my future role as the CO state Governor is to oversee the state's executive branch and operate coherently / logically as the primary leader for proposing and implementing new policies.

Using AI Best Practices, I will shoulder the responsibility for managing state agencies and budgets, and then responsible for overseeing and implementing state laws and overseeing all executive branch departments, including health, transportation, and public safety. I will also contribute and propose plans, while managing the state's annual & biennial budget(s).

I will implement Democratic and Republican ideals in shaping legislation: and as governor, I will sign or veto bills passed by the state legislature and influence policy priorities through legislative proposals and executive orders.

As I do now in Cyber Security, I will respond to State emergencies: and In a crisis, I will as the governor declare a state of emergency to activate special powers for disaster response, public health emergencies, and other situations requiring immediate action. I will make my duty the safety, security, prosperity, and sovereignty of Colorado and enlighten her citizens through accountability and analysis. To quote George Washington, “Labor to keep alive in your breast that little spark of celestial fire, called conscience"

I will seek the completion of the UH-72A and UH-72B Lakota Air Rescue Helicopters, and Blackhawk Helicopters, from the DOD as was agreed in 2021.

I will seek to bring in Space X and NATO to coordinate with NORAD and the CO National Guard.

I will with ethics act as Commander-in-chief of the state's National Guard during domestic emergencies when it is not under federal control.

I will seek the power to appoint CO state court judges and heads of various departments and agencies to improve State Legal Management, reduce the record deficit, & upgrade the CO Bar to a higher Degree.
As a 2026 Candidate for Colorado Governor, I will pray to leave a legacy NOT filled with deficit, less violence, less corruption, and less chaos.

I will wish to leave a legacy with a higher Colorado GDP, more happy tourists, less bankrupt restaurants, more houses built, cheaper rents, cheaper energy costs, smarter schools, happy farmers, better fed students, less violence, and closer families.

I would fear indictment to leave a legacy with more than a billion dollars of debt and no accountability for Cannabis tax transparency with State Layoffs.

I will hope to leave a legacy that does not leave my name mocked and my habeas corpus incarcerated.

I will spiritually and politically imagine and pursue leaving a legacy that follows a superior roadmap using logic, and Ai, for Colorado growth, security, and success for decades after I have passed.
The first historical event I remember witnessing was the Los Angeles Riots of 1992 while I was working at Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, while I was around 25 years old, as an Executive IT Assistant for Film Producer Dawn Steel while working on the Feature Film project “Cool Runnings.”

Those Rodney King Riots that displaced me out of my Apartment in Los Feliz / East Hollywood and made an impression on me even until today, which I still think about, as I never personally had ever seen acts of war / riots first hand until 1992, while contracting in Los Angeles.

I remember praying for the water trucks to arrive as I watched the LA riot fires come up Western Avenue towards my flat and I cried that America could be falling apart. I never want the LA Rodney King Riots to ever happen in Denver, never, never, never.
I, Jon Gray-Ginsberg had my very first job for $5 an hour and it was during High School, on a Construction Job, (Carpenter’s Assistant) on new Apartment construction, in Aurora, CO., at Lowry AFB, just after the Airforce Base closed 1981-82 while I was attending Aurora’s Overland HS. The next year, I worked for the Parker, CO Press Newspaper in 1982-83 (Photographer), while in High School at Kent Denver Country Day HS, and my third job in High School was to work for an Oil Company (HS Computer Studies Internship) in Downtown Denver 1983/84 - While at Kent Denver Country Day HS.

I owned a Promotional Tshirt business in College.

My first Corporate Programming IT / Development Job(s) were after College from SMU, and to contract for Universal Studios 1990-1992 where I helped develop the film and proof of concept “Men in Black” with Denver Concert Promoter Barry Fey and the American Film Institute. - see IMDB and You Tube
The thought provoking book entitled "The DaVinci Code" has been on my mind quite a lot. With all of the current events in Israel, the book imagines alternate realities and outcomes that are still relevant today.

I am also greatly inspired by the 1865 Civil War era Book entitled "John Gray of Mount Vernon," which has been something I have used Ai to investigate my ancestors story, as I have verified to be related on my Mother's (Barbara Gray) side to John Gray with Ancestry.com.

I am also inspired by, The George W. Bush Library and Presidential Museum at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX, my College University Alma Mater. Maybe someday, I pray, I have a book sitting there about my current campaign with the AG and Frisco, CO’s cancelled backwoods elections.
As a Native, Homeowner, and GOP delegate of Frisco, Colorado, I have been devastated by the cancellation of the Frisco, CO Municipal Elections in 2024 and 2018 to hide land fraud (against my family, HOA, and County Community), while obstructing justice regarding Google Map Errors to make Weiser/Polis more powerful through siphoning tax money to their own private political organizations. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbz6wZKr7w4

https://www.summitdaily.com/news/frisco-cancels-municipal-election-due-to-uncontested-races/

I allege Weiser/Polis stole Frisco, CO land and water rights, without due process and without transfer tax, from my HOA from 2004 to 2018 to create the United Water and Sanitation Special District, a private political organization. Then Weiser/Polis will not allow the Colorado Bar to have any complaints about United Water and Sanitation, after contributions to the Weiser, Polis & Bennett’s Campaign Finances.

In a geopolitical scheme then broke Google Maps in Summit County, Mapping Frisco as Breckenridge, allowing tax siphoning to foreign bad actors, contributing to at least $300,000,000 to the State deficit from tax losses. This identity theft, without eminent domain, has been terrifying.

I have entered Politics first denied a chance, in my hometown Frisco, CO in 2018 & 2024 in to have elections, and I run for 2026 state office after being denied a chance to run in local Frisco elections, that were cancelled.

The links below are a bogus google map that shows Frisco as Breckenridge due to land frauds from Schedules 4008603 and 1102273, and I allege Weiser/Polis/Bennett are obstructing justice from the DOJ v. Google Case 1:20-cv-03010-APM - 18 U.S. Code Chapter 73 Part I

I believe that working in the office of Governor’s seat is to serve my ultimate duty to the State of Colorado, as a Native born citizen with a family that has roots in Colorado since 1866.

As a Cybersecurity contractor, Microsoft Partner software partner, and Google Ai specialist, it is my belief that Colorado needs cyber security help with the state computers. As I have contracted Nationally for Government, Defense, Energy, Family, and Media Enterprises, Colorado needs my special skills. No other Candidate, but me, can offer Colorado such extensive Technical experience while already having worked in the Technology field for so many Industries. My perspective is greater than any other candidate, especially those tyrannical leaders jumping from their current Authoritarian position currently to Governor Candidate to further conceal the corruption of almost a 1 billion dollar CO deficit in 2025/2026.

I believe that Cybersecurity laws are a body of legislation designed to protect against cybercrime, regulate data handling, and ensure the security of digital systems. These laws should be Paramount to any Governor and every Governor of every US State. The key laws

include the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) (criminalizes hacking), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) (protects health information), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) (protects financial information), and the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act (CISA) (facilitates threat information sharing). I do not believe the current regime believes this same discipline and the current regime has made Colorado a Sanctuary city to cyber fraud with no recourse for its citizens. As Governor, I will create a procedure and judicial review and enforcement for Cyber Security for all Colorado Citizens that is Global in its reach.
The Governor's Duty in Colorado's Budget Process is to make the budget balance. I will do my due diligence to protect the State of Colorado from malfeasance, cyber attacks, pilfering, sedition, & bad actors. As new Governor, I will be in charge of developing the Executive Budget, and as the Chief Exec., I will be responsible for evaluating department plans, formulating spending priorities, & creating a comprehensive financial plan for public consumption and analysis. I do not understand how Jared Polis did not see nor try to stop the almost billion dollar deficit in Colorado before 2025/26. I will be submitting the Budget & as the Gov. will propose this Exec. Budget, which details proposed revenues and expenditures, to the CO General Assembly. Unlike Polis/ Weiser, I will be creating accurate transparent spreadsheets, rather than 2 sets of books. I will review and & the reports are submitted to the legislature, allowing the Governor office to 3D create priorities from the outset. Unfortunately when I come into office, I will also be liable for all of Polis / Weiser's failures. I will have to serve in office with the caveat that I am not indicted the first day while serving as Governor for the past regimes Campaign Finance Violations with Special Districts, being almost a Billion Dollars in Debt, violating the Tabor Laws for voting fraud, Breaking Summit County Google Search Maps to double bogus map, and liable for Weiser’s cancelling the Frisco CO 2024 & 2018 Municipal elections to steal land rights and fraudulent appropriate water rights for their cartel United Water and Sanitation. I do not plan on being indicted at the end of my term(s) for a billion dollars of unaccounted debt, & my budget plan shall always be to retire without investigation as my reporting shall be in real time and transparent as Governor. I promise to withhold the S.3415 - Constitutional Account.
In 2025, Colorado Governor Jared Polis vetoed 11 bills passed by the state legislature. I do not agree with this and find this a possible dysfunctional reason for the record deficit.

Polis/Weiser List of 2025 vetoes include Worker Protection Collective Bargaining (SB25-005):
Ride-share safety regulations (HB25-1291): Autonomous Driving System Safeguards (HB25-1122): Costs for Ground Ambulance Services (HB25-1088): No Pricing Coordination Between Landlords (HB25-1004): (SB25-086): This bipartisan bill sought to require social media companies to investigate and remove users engaged in online predatory behavior, as well as share information with law enforcement. Repeal Copayment for DOC Inmate Health Care (HB25-1026): Fairness & Transparency in Municipal Court (HB25-1147): A bill focused on reforming municipal court practices. Jury Duty Opt-Out for Certain People (HB25-1065): In 2024, Polis vetoed six bills, including: Construction wage-theft measure (HB24-1008): I quote Benjamin Franklin, Founding Father: "Beware of small expenses; a small leak will sink a great ship".

It is apparent that Polis/Weiser have used the vetoes for obstruction, delays, and political maneuvering, highlighting how they can impede progress and represent a misuse of power, "explicates and elucidates only the rift" and "sprays poison to justice, equality, and stability", & been a "legalized offence" that hinders consensus and wastes effort.

Regarding “On the abuse of power of the Veto” ,George Washington's warning against the consolidation of powers could be applied to a veto used to overstep authority, wasting the legislative branch's time.

I also believe in Lord Acton's quote, "Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely," can relate to the veto power, suggesting its excessive or unjust use corrupts the political process and diminishes legislative efforts.
An ideal relationship between a governor and their state is a balancing act of leadership, collaboration, and public trust, defined by clear communication and an understanding of the division of powers. Jonathan Trumbull, the only colonial governor who sided with the American cause, wrote in a 1778 letter that "we ought to rejoice that the Almighty Governor of the universe hath given us a station so honorable, and planted us the guardians of liberty". The Governor serves as the chief executive, implementing laws and managing the state's operations, but must do so while collaborating with the legislative and judicial branches, as well as coordinating with the White House. I believe as future Governor, I must provide decisive leadership, especially during emergencies, but the power should be both supported and moderated by checks and balances from other branches of government and media. There must be good faith relations rather than a veto every week. As Gov, I will propose policy priorities & budgets while building relationships with legislators to help pass their agenda, while balancing the budget under Tabor. As my father was a CO Attorney, and I have worked IT in many Attorneys offices with Lexus Nexus, and plan to appoint judges, subject to confirmation, and I will continue to respect the judiciary's independence. As Gov, I may sometimes grant pardons & reprieves, which will serve as a check on judicial power, and also may call for capital punishment for active shooters. I will serve as the state's chief spokesperson and remain connected to constituents through public addresses, town halls, & engagement with local governments & social media. I will seek to end Partisan divisions, so many of which have been due to excessive vetoes & budget irregularities promoted by Polis/Weiser, resulting in Emergency overreach. I will seek to end the prolonged state of emergency & expansive use of executive authority.
As a 2026 Colorado Governor Candidate, who is native to Colorado,I, Jon Gray-Ginsberg love her Natural Beauty. I love how I have had the opportunity to serve her and her citizens with my Computer IT / AI business since 1997. I ski, I snowboard, I hike, I bike, I love the wildlife in my backyard. I love Parker Horses. I love my Alma Mater Kent Denver Country Day High school where I first learned computer programming. I love my Colorado Family. My dog loves to hike in the forest. I love it when it snows and look forward to administrating with teams that plow. I love I-70 and look forward to cleaning up the congestion with new Colorado Trains, influenced after my love of model trains. I love Colorado parks and National forests and live in the White River Forest. I love downtown Denver and Empower Field. I am proud that Colorado has the 30th largest GDP in the world. I will love Colorado and her Red Rocks forever.
As a 2026 Colorado Gubernatorial Candidate, I Jon Gray-Ginsberg perceive Colorado’s 10 biggest challenges in the next decade.

1.Housing Shortage:
2.Water Shortage:
3.Jobs Shortage:
4.State Budget Deficit, leading to Colorado Farm, Energy, and Goods Production as part of GDP
5.Crime, Violence, MOB Outlook:
6.Possible Foreign and Domestic Wars:
7.National Guard
8.Managing Immigration Chaos
9.School Attendance and Standards

10.Colorado Roads
I believe the use of Emergency powers should be used in Weather Anomalies and Force Majeure, Rioting, State / City Bankruptcy Intervention, and Biological and Nuclear acts of war. A common rationale for using emergency powers is to enable the executive branch to respond quickly and decisively to extraordinary threats, such as war, natural disasters, or public health crises, when normal legislative or administrative procedures are too slow. I believe in traditional, emergency powers, to be invoked in response to sudden, unforeseen, & severe events that pose an immediate threat to a nation's security, economy, or public health. Certain war and national security threats include military deployment, activating defense production, or imposing sanctions on hostile foreign actors. Regarding natural disasters and events like earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and wildfires, there appears to be frequent triggering of emergency declarations to mobilize resources for rescue and recovery. My office will act swiftly regarding Public health emergencies and allow for the rapid implementation of public health measures, such as quarantines and vaccination programs. I believe the Weiser/Polis use of emergency powers has been criticized undermining democratic norms and civil liberties. The 1983 Supreme Court ruling that legislative vetoes are unconstitutional significantly weakened Congress's ability to terminate a presidential emergency declaration, as it now requires a veto-proof majority. Many, including the Brennan Center for Justice and Protect Democracy, advocate for restoring a stronger role for Congress in overseeing emergency powers. I believe in Automatic expiration, requiring emergency declarations to expire automatically after a short period (e.g., 60 days) unless extended by a vote. I believe in expedited judicial review, allowing for accelerated court review of emergency orders, particularly those that might infringe upon constitutional rights.

Though the current regime is very dystopian in its behavior "as Anti Tabor," I still believe in the Colorado Constitution as it pertains to the Ballot Initiative. “The people reserve to themselves the power to propose laws & amendments to the constitution and to enact or reject the same at the polls independent of the general assembly & also reserve power at their own option to approve or reject at the polls any act or item, section, or part of any act of the general assembly”. - Colorado Constitution Article V, Section 1.

However, I do not believe the spirit of the Ballot Initiative is being followed by the current regime. We protest the quiet cancellation of the 2018 and 2024 Frisco, CO Town Municipal elections as a violation & perversion of the Ballot Initiative by Weiser/Polis and Speaker McCluskie to stay in power. As a GOP Delegate in Summit County, I have been witness to Election Fraud as an assault on the Ballot Initiative in Frisco, CO, and behavior to cancel elections in CO without recourse, raise taxes, and violate Tabor. "Anyone who is dissatisfied with the Title Board's action at a rehearing may file an appeal with the Colorado Supreme Court. The Court is required to act on the appeal promptly when an appeal is filed within five days of receiving the required documentation from the Secretary of State.” There has been no way to appeal to the cancelling of my Hometown Frisco elections in 2024 and 2018, and no way to file a ballot initiative requesting intervention. (See You tube Ballot Appeal) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-HSXG05LH2c). Sadly, I believe that the Tabor Laws have been violated through Malfeasance and as an attack and control of the Ballot Initiative to keep the current non compliant regime of Weiser/Polis in power as is manifest by Recent legislative changes (HB 25-1327), increasing taxes, laying of state workers, & setting the wolves on CO Farmers without a Statewide Vote.
As an allegory, to compare the layers of society in Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales, a Governor would be the Executive who must understand all of the layers of the State Social fabric on behalf of the Crown, then in 1400, whether the jobs be a Baker or a Lawyer, and now in 2025 for answering to the President. As a computer IT specialist since graduating college in the 1980’s I have been a Computer contractor in every field imaginable for all layers of US society (ie. IT fixing computers / software for State, Federal, Defense, Families, Health Services, Energy, Media/Hollywood, Builders, Insurance Companies, Small Businesses, and ultimately Corporate Enterprise Network Computers). I have supported thousands in their journey towards computer security and computer enlightenment, like those on an ancient pilgrimage but on the modern internet highway.

Very few Governatorial candidates could have the interaction with so many layers of society as I have had being a computer coding specialist with 2 college degrees, best practice, and discipline as the thousands of my computer roles completed successfully for companies, government, and private entities alike have also represented abstractly my abstractly political “Cursus Honorum”.

Colorado needs not another bad actor talking head with a legal bar title providing immunity from malfeasance and a billion dollar deficit, Colorado needs me to implement Ai, Cyber Security, and 3D home building ideas for the future.

It will mean a lot to me to work with other ALL US Governors, (ie the Honorable Ron DeSantis, the Honorable Greg Abbott) to implement some of their views, work with the White House closely, always, and I look forward to team support to contradict the current bad management and malfeasant governance drowning CO.
I am very proud of helping to develop using early computers, and produced the Proof of concept for the Feature Film, the Men in Black with Denver Promoter Barry Fey and the AFI in 1992 as part of Film History.

My first Corporate Programming IT / Development Job(s) were after College at SMU, and to contract for Universal Studios 1990-1992 where I helped develop the film and proof of concept “Men in Black” with Denver Concert Promoter Barry Fey and the American Film Institute. - see IMDB and You Tube -

For my day job, I am an Ai developer, Software Developer, and IT Professional as a Microsoft Business Partner and with the Google Developer program for Gemini Ai.

The Colorado Ai bill number is Senate Bill 24-205 (SB 24-205), also known as the Colorado AI Act or CAIA. Although originally passed in May 2024, its implementation was recently delayed by a special session bill, SB 25B-004, until 06/202026.

I believe the Colorado Legislature, Judicial, and Executive Branches have lost control of the State's Computer Security Systems and have acquiesced as the state has fallen victim to geopolitical cyber crimes of the highest magnitude with lobbyists behind every computer virus as another dystopian malfeasance.

I protest that Colorado Legislature, Judicial, & Executive Branches have let countries such as China & India dictate CO bogus search mismappings to hide real estate fraud. I believe the current regime has obstructed the DOJ from prosecuting Google double mis mappings of Frisco as Breckenridge to siphon tax money from internet mapping errors per DOJ Case 1:20-cv-03010-APM Document 1033 Filed 08/05/24. See wrong mapping.

I believe through the Special District United Water & Sanitation, bribes have been paid so cyber crimes against the State are not prosecuted due to payouts to Weiser/Polis and Bennett in campaign finance. I allege campaign finance violations by the Incumbents, & non compliant payouts to hide computer crimes against the State in DOJ Case 1:20-cv-03010-APM. https://www.friscogov.com/town-news/town-of-frisco-cancels-uncontested-town-council-election/

I believe the current regime has intentionally violated Ai & cyber laws to stay in power, & obstruct justice, while vetoing / not passing laws intended to protect CO from Ai and cyber attacks. I do not believe the current regime has operated in the spirit of the NCSL.

Regarding election administration and intervention, I, candidate Jon Gray-Ginsberg, seek to influence and sign Election reforms as CO’s future Governor, as noted by my committee(s) who produced this youtube video on 2024 Frisco, CO election fraud. https://youtu.be/kbz6wZKr7w4 /

I believe that the Electoral Count Reform Act of 2022 has been violated by Weiser/Polis & I seek to sign legislation to audit the current administration. As this legislation was passed and was designed to prevent the overturning of certified election results, I will pursue key provisions of the law include and would seek to continue legislation that prevented CO state legislatures from overriding results, and I would seek to close a loophole in the old law that some interpreted as allowing state legislatures to submit alternative slates of electors by overturning the popular vote and violating Tabor for personal gain. I will strive to increase the objection threshold, while raising the min. number of lawmakers required to object to a state's electoral votes during the joint session of Congress, reducing the chance of frivolous challenges. I will enforce the Freedom to Vote Act (S. 2747) as it included provisions that would have established national standards for voting access, including same-day and automatic voter registration and will increase efforts to make Election Day a public holiday. I will sign and strengthen the government's ability to respond to discriminatory voting practices. Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act (H.R. 22) as the cancelling of my Home Town Frisco, CO 2024 elections by Weiser/Polis violated the 2025 White House Elections Edict. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2B0Mxepr3jI
