Abortion is a very tough issue and all U.S. lives matter, however I also believe in women's rights and believe in ROE v. Wade. However, CO may have become too extreme and she may be heartless as an “Abortion Sanctuary State” under all second trimester conditions with no questions asked.
Denver’s Late Great Celebrity Barry Fey - I worked for Fey Concerts in the 1990’s.
John Gray of Mount Vernon - 1776 - An ancestor on my mother’s side-
Dawn Steel - I worked for Disney film producer Dawn Steel in 1992 during “Cool Runnings.”
Howard Hughes - Though flawed, Mr. Hughes was an amazing American Technical Influence.
Steven Jobs - As I work on IT and Apple computers daily, I almost feel like I know Steve Jobs.
Roy Disney - I worked at Walt Disney Studios from 1990-1997 while Roy Disney was in charge.
Stanley Kubrick - I think now is a good time to watch Dr. Strangelove again.
Gerald Ford - I worked for their estate in Vail, CO performing IT work.
Richard Nixon-I wish Pres. Nixon was still alive, as he is still fascinating to watch.
Dennis Hopper-I worked for the Family in 1995 for the week of his birthday in Venice, CA.
Ronald Reagan-What a great president, he made peace and quiet by ending the cold war, brought down the wall, for a short time the world was at peace with the least conflicts.
John Lennon-He didn’t deserve to be assassinated, nor did Charlie Kirk deserve to be assassinated.
Viktor Orbán is the current Prime Minister of Hungary - Colorado is like the Country of Hungary, stuck in the middle.
Pres. Donald Trump - I believe Pres. Trump is trying to do an effective job and The Art of the Deal is something to ponder.
Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands, Felipe VI of Spain, and Princess Anne of Windsor - Did you know their Family ancestors started CO civilization before 1866 as a first sort of EU UK joint venture. Of course the Ute Tribes are very important and we have them to thank for Utah.
If I was Elon Musk for a day, I would make a time machine out of the SpaceX and chase objects 3I/ATLAS and Oumuamua like a Greyhound and a rabbit in a space race.
As for most important Principles, a fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior or for a chain of reasoning are "my basic principles of Judeo-Christianity" in a Modern world.
Using AI Best Practices, I will shoulder the responsibility for managing state agencies and budgets, and then responsible for overseeing and implementing state laws and overseeing all executive branch departments, including health, transportation, and public safety. I will also contribute and propose plans, while managing the state's annual & biennial budget(s).
I will implement Democratic and Republican ideals in shaping legislation: and as governor, I will sign or veto bills passed by the state legislature and influence policy priorities through legislative proposals and executive orders.
As I do now in Cyber Security, I will respond to State emergencies: and In a crisis, I will as the governor declare a state of emergency to activate special powers for disaster response, public health emergencies, and other situations requiring immediate action. I will make my duty the safety, security, prosperity, and sovereignty of Colorado and enlighten her citizens through accountability and analysis. To quote George Washington, “Labor to keep alive in your breast that little spark of celestial fire, called conscience"
I will seek the completion of the UH-72A and UH-72B Lakota Air Rescue Helicopters, and Blackhawk Helicopters, from the DOD as was agreed in 2021.
I will seek to bring in Space X and NATO to coordinate with NORAD and the CO National Guard.
I will with ethics act as Commander-in-chief of the state's National Guard during domestic emergencies when it is not under federal control.
I will wish to leave a legacy with a higher Colorado GDP, more happy tourists, less bankrupt restaurants, more houses built, cheaper rents, cheaper energy costs, smarter schools, happy farmers, better fed students, less violence, and closer families.
I would fear indictment to leave a legacy with more than a billion dollars of debt and no accountability for Cannabis tax transparency with State Layoffs.
I will hope to leave a legacy that does not leave my name mocked and my habeas corpus incarcerated.
Those Rodney King Riots that displaced me out of my Apartment in Los Feliz / East Hollywood and made an impression on me even until today, which I still think about, as I never personally had ever seen acts of war / riots first hand until 1992, while contracting in Los Angeles.
I owned a Promotional Tshirt business in College.
I am also greatly inspired by the 1865 Civil War era Book entitled "John Gray of Mount Vernon," which has been something I have used Ai to investigate my ancestors story, as I have verified to be related on my Mother's (Barbara Gray) side to John Gray with Ancestry.com.

I allege Weiser/Polis stole Frisco, CO land and water rights, without due process and without transfer tax, from my HOA from 2004 to 2018 to create the United Water and Sanitation Special District, a private political organization. Then Weiser/Polis will not allow the Colorado Bar to have any complaints about United Water and Sanitation, after contributions to the Weiser, Polis & Bennett’s Campaign Finances.
In a geopolitical scheme then broke Google Maps in Summit County, Mapping Frisco as Breckenridge, allowing tax siphoning to foreign bad actors, contributing to at least $300,000,000 to the State deficit from tax losses. This identity theft, without eminent domain, has been terrifying.

I have entered Politics first denied a chance, in my hometown Frisco, CO in 2018 & 2024 in to have elections, and I run for 2026 state office after being denied a chance to run in local Frisco elections, that were cancelled.
The links below are a bogus google map that shows Frisco as Breckenridge due to land frauds from Schedules 4008603 and 1102273, and I allege Weiser/Polis/Bennett are obstructing justice from the DOJ v. Google Case 1:20-cv-03010-APM - 18 U.S. Code Chapter 73 Part I

As a Cybersecurity contractor, Microsoft Partner software partner, and Google Ai specialist, it is my belief that Colorado needs cyber security help with the state computers. As I have contracted Nationally for Government, Defense, Energy, Family, and Media Enterprises, Colorado needs my special skills. No other Candidate, but me, can offer Colorado such extensive Technical experience while already having worked in the Technology field for so many Industries. My perspective is greater than any other candidate, especially those tyrannical leaders jumping from their current Authoritarian position currently to Governor Candidate to further conceal the corruption of almost a 1 billion dollar CO deficit in 2025/2026.
I believe that Cybersecurity laws are a body of legislation designed to protect against cybercrime, regulate data handling, and ensure the security of digital systems. These laws should be Paramount to any Governor and every Governor of every US State. The key laws
Polis/Weiser List of 2025 vetoes include Worker Protection Collective Bargaining (SB25-005):
Ride-share safety regulations (HB25-1291): Autonomous Driving System Safeguards (HB25-1122): Costs for Ground Ambulance Services (HB25-1088): No Pricing Coordination Between Landlords (HB25-1004): (SB25-086): This bipartisan bill sought to require social media companies to investigate and remove users engaged in online predatory behavior, as well as share information with law enforcement. Repeal Copayment for DOC Inmate Health Care (HB25-1026): Fairness & Transparency in Municipal Court (HB25-1147): A bill focused on reforming municipal court practices. Jury Duty Opt-Out for Certain People (HB25-1065): In 2024, Polis vetoed six bills, including: Construction wage-theft measure (HB24-1008): I quote Benjamin Franklin, Founding Father: "Beware of small expenses; a small leak will sink a great ship".
It is apparent that Polis/Weiser have used the vetoes for obstruction, delays, and political maneuvering, highlighting how they can impede progress and represent a misuse of power, "explicates and elucidates only the rift" and "sprays poison to justice, equality, and stability", & been a "legalized offence" that hinders consensus and wastes effort.
Regarding “On the abuse of power of the Veto” ,George Washington's warning against the consolidation of powers could be applied to a veto used to overstep authority, wasting the legislative branch's time.
1.Housing Shortage:
2.Water Shortage:
3.Jobs Shortage:
4.State Budget Deficit, leading to Colorado Farm, Energy, and Goods Production as part of GDP
5.Crime, Violence, MOB Outlook:
6.Possible Foreign and Domestic Wars:
7.National Guard
8.Managing Immigration Chaos
9.School Attendance and Standards
Pro Bono Federation
However, I do not believe the spirit of the Ballot Initiative is being followed by the current regime. We protest the quiet cancellation of the 2018 and 2024 Frisco, CO Town Municipal elections as a violation & perversion of the Ballot Initiative by Weiser/Polis and Speaker McCluskie to stay in power. As a GOP Delegate in Summit County, I have been witness to Election Fraud as an assault on the Ballot Initiative in Frisco, CO, and behavior to cancel elections in CO without recourse, raise taxes, and violate Tabor. "Anyone who is dissatisfied with the Title Board's action at a rehearing may file an appeal with the Colorado Supreme Court. The Court is required to act on the appeal promptly when an appeal is filed within five days of receiving the required documentation from the Secretary of State.” There has been no way to appeal to the cancelling of my Hometown Frisco elections in 2024 and 2018, and no way to file a ballot initiative requesting intervention. (See You tube Ballot Appeal) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-HSXG05LH2c). Sadly, I believe that the Tabor Laws have been violated through Malfeasance and as an attack and control of the Ballot Initiative to keep the current non compliant regime of Weiser/Polis in power as is manifest by Recent legislative changes (HB 25-1327), increasing taxes, laying of state workers, & setting the wolves on CO Farmers without a Statewide Vote.
Very few Governatorial candidates could have the interaction with so many layers of society as I have had being a computer coding specialist with 2 college degrees, best practice, and discipline as the thousands of my computer roles completed successfully for companies, government, and private entities alike have also represented abstractly my abstractly political “Cursus Honorum”.
Colorado needs not another bad actor talking head with a legal bar title providing immunity from malfeasance and a billion dollar deficit, Colorado needs me to implement Ai, Cyber Security, and 3D home building ideas for the future.
My first Corporate Programming IT / Development Job(s) were after College at SMU, and to contract for Universal Studios 1990-1992 where I helped develop the film and proof of concept “Men in Black” with Denver Concert Promoter Barry Fey and the American Film Institute. - see IMDB and You Tube -

The Colorado Ai bill number is Senate Bill 24-205 (SB 24-205), also known as the Colorado AI Act or CAIA. Although originally passed in May 2024, its implementation was recently delayed by a special session bill, SB 25B-004, until 06/202026.
I believe the Colorado Legislature, Judicial, and Executive Branches have lost control of the State's Computer Security Systems and have acquiesced as the state has fallen victim to geopolitical cyber crimes of the highest magnitude with lobbyists behind every computer virus as another dystopian malfeasance.
I protest that Colorado Legislature, Judicial, & Executive Branches have let countries such as China & India dictate CO bogus search mismappings to hide real estate fraud. I believe the current regime has obstructed the DOJ from prosecuting Google double mis mappings of Frisco as Breckenridge to siphon tax money from internet mapping errors per DOJ Case 1:20-cv-03010-APM Document 1033 Filed 08/05/24. See wrong mapping.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ck4dk7SVUW1Fjknj6
I believe through the Special District United Water & Sanitation, bribes have been paid so cyber crimes against the State are not prosecuted due to payouts to Weiser/Polis and Bennett in campaign finance. I allege campaign finance violations by the Incumbents, & non compliant payouts to hide computer crimes against the State in DOJ Case 1:20-cv-03010-APM. https://www.friscogov.com/town-news/town-of-frisco-cancels-uncontested-town-council-election/
I believe the current regime has intentionally violated Ai & cyber laws to stay in power, & obstruct justice, while vetoing / not passing laws intended to protect CO from Ai and cyber attacks. I do not believe the current regime has operated in the spirit of the NCSL.
I believe that the Electoral Count Reform Act of 2022 has been violated by Weiser/Polis & I seek to sign legislation to audit the current administration. As this legislation was passed and was designed to prevent the overturning of certified election results, I will pursue key provisions of the law include and would seek to continue legislation that prevented CO state legislatures from overriding results, and I would seek to close a loophole in the old law that some interpreted as allowing state legislatures to submit alternative slates of electors by overturning the popular vote and violating Tabor for personal gain. I will strive to increase the objection threshold, while raising the min. number of lawmakers required to object to a state's electoral votes during the joint session of Congress, reducing the chance of frivolous challenges. I will enforce the Freedom to Vote Act (S. 2747) as it included provisions that would have established national standards for voting access, including same-day and automatic voter registration and will increase efforts to make Election Day a public holiday. I will sign and strengthen the government's ability to respond to discriminatory voting practices. Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act (H.R. 22) as the cancelling of my Home Town Frisco, CO 2024 elections by Weiser/Polis violated the 2025 White House Elections Edict. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2B0Mxepr3jI
