Budget and Finance (obviously from my background). Public Utilities and Energy, Education, Health and Wellness.
These days I look up to Ron Desantis and Elon Musk. The reason is based on their work ethic. Both makes plans and execute the plan, be it in politics, governance or business. They wll look back and adjust the plan if its working or not, and do a post synopsis. They learn from their execution and continue forward. It's very similar to how I was raised. To keep trying, and learning from failures.
Integrity and the ability to communicate effectively.
I remember all of the news of the fall of the berlin wall and the end fo the cold war that occured in 1990. I was 9 at the time and remembered it all over the tv, my parents, and teachers at school discussing it.
I worked for Flashback VIdeo Games out of Amherst, Ohio (Long out of business). I had it for 5 years.
Open and honest communication. And constant communication and discussions. Otherwise, you can end up in a situation where you mis understand something or misread the outcome and end up with a veto and override situation.
Currently Taxes and State spending due to the current economic climate.
No, everyone has a voice at the table because they're running for different reasons and from different experiences and viewpoints.
Yes. You can learn from others' experiences and also teach others from your own. Your beliefs are a mixture of how you were raised, life experiences and ifluence from friends and family.
Is it desirable? No. It is necessary to compromise? Yes.
