Jon Parker is a Republican campaign strategist in Columbia, S.C. He was the South Carolina state chair for Rick Santorum's 2016 presidential campaign.[1] Parker previously managed the 2014 campaign of Rep. Joe Wilson and worked on Santorum's 2012 presidential campaign as the Tennessee state director.[2][3]
Career
In 2012, Parker joined the consulting firm Richard Quinn and Associates.[4] The same year, Parker led Santorum to a victory in the Tennessee Republican primary election.[5] In 2014, Parker worked on a number of South Carolina campaigns, including Rep. Joe Wilson (R), Attorney General Alan Wilson (R), Superintendent of Education Molly Mitchell Spearman (R), and State Treasurer Curtis Loftis Jr. (R).[4]
Rick Santorum presidential campaign, 2016
On March 19, 2015, Jon Parker joined Santorum's PAC, Patriot Voices, as the South Carolina state director. Of Santorum and the PAC's values, Parker stated:[4]

On May 27, 2015, Santorum announced his presidential run in Butler, Pennsylvania.[7] Parker then transitioned from the PAC to the same role on the campaign team.[2]
Santorum ended his presidential run on February 3, 2016.[8]
