Jon Woods is a former Republican member of the Arkansas State Senate, representing District 7 from 2013 to 2017. He previously served in the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing the District 93 from 2007 to 2013.

Woods did not run for re-election to the state Senate in 2016.[1]

Woods ran in the 2012 election for Arkansas Senate, District 7. Woods defeated District 35 incumbent Bill Pritchard in the May 22 Republican primary and defeated Diana Gonzales Worthen (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[7][8][9][10]
