Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I graduated from Eldorado High School in the northeast Las Vegas in 2002. Upon graduation, I enlisted in the United States Army. After basic training and advanced individual training, I was selected to the United States Army’s early commissioning program at Wentworth Military Academy. I was commissioned as an Army Aviation Officer in 2005. Shortly after commissioning, I continued my collegiate journey attending the University of Missouri for law school. After graduating from the University of Missouri, I moved back to my hometown of Las Vegas and had the privilege of being hired at the Clark County District Attorney’s office where I worked for 7+ years. During my time at the District Attorney’s office, I was promoted to the Elder Abuse prosecution team, and achieved the title of Chief Deputy District Attorney. In order to continue to grow both as an attorney and as an individual I left the District Attorney’s office in 2018 and became a Clark County Public Defender. I worked as a Public Defender for about four years before having the honor of being appointed to judicial office as a Hearing Master with the Eighth Judicial District Court where I currently serve.

In my court I will ensuring Justice for all and make sure our community prospers and is safe.
I will work with county government to increase funding for our veteran treatment programs.
I will ensure everyone that appears before me understands why they are their and how the process works.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I am Passionate about the criminal justice system. Ensure that it works correctly and that justice is served for all parties.

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

The most important qualities in a Judge are, integrity, dedication and understanding.

What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

My first Job was with my father. He owned a small bicycle repair business where I would work every weekend. It was a great experience that thought me the importance of hard work and doing it right the first time.

Police organizations, firefighter organizations, veteran groups and labor unions.
