Education
Kurland received his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994 and his J.D. from Duquesne Law School in 1997.[2]
Career
Kurland has been the chief deputy district attorney in Berks County since January 2014. He has worked for the Berks County District Attorney's Office since 2001. He was previously a law clerk at the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas and an assistant district attorney in Monroe County.[2]
