Regan-Levine discussed why he ran for a school board seat for a second time with Micromedia Publications Inc.:
“ | Last year I felt like the underdog. Running against two long term incumbents, I expected to be mostly ignored. I was thrilled to be proven wrong, coming out of the election with nearly 3,000 votes. I am encouraged by this proof that Jackson wants fresh blood, and new ideas on the BOE. Voters recognize the value of having a Jackson alumnus on the board. My goal for this election season is to connect with even more of the students, parents, and staff of this district. We need to find out what works, and what needs to be worked on in our district.[11] | ” |
