Jonathan Sacks is a judge of the Florida 4th Circuit Court. He assumed office on April 10, 2023. His current term ends on January 7, 2031.
Sacks won re-election for judge of the Florida 4th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 5, 2024, after the primary and general election were canceled.
He was appointed to the court on April 10, 2023, by Governor Ron DeSantis (R) to replace Adrian Soud.[1]
Biography
Education
Sacks received his bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond and his law degree from Florida State University.[2]
Career
Prior to serving as a judge, Sacks was Chief Assistant State Attorney. He also had served as an Assistant State Attorney in the 4th Judicial Circuit.[3] Sacks was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2002.[2]
