|My father immigrated to the U.S. during WWII with $15 in his pocket, and through hard work and determination he gave us the opportunities to succeed through education that he never had. After graduating with an advance degree in resource allocation for homeland security I have worked on issues important to our homeland security including health, resilience, environment and security. While at Military University, I researched homeland security issues and worked on the White House Small Business Council Medicaid Expansion Task Force of 2010.
