Jose A. Izquierdo is a judge of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court (Eleventh Division of the Circuit Civil Division) in Florida. He was appointed to the court on May 23, 2016, by Gov. Rick Scott (R) to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Cynthia G. Imperato.[1]

Izquierdo earned a bachelor's degree from Florida International University and a J.D. from the University of Florida. After practicing law at the Law Offices of Bradford M. Cohen, P.A. from 2002 to 2006, he began a solo practice in 2006. He also practiced with Izquierdo & Marin, P.A. from 2007 until his appointment.[1]
