Education
Padilla received his J.D. degree from the New York University School of Law.[1]
Career
Padilla began his career in 1984 as a principal appellate court attorney. He joined the New York City Civil Court in 1995 and was re-elected in 2005. He was appointed acting supreme court justice in 2000.[1]
