Biography
Santiago grew up in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and his MBA from the University of Central Florida.[1]

- We must expand Medicaid to provide healthcare to 600,000 North Carolians, create thousands of jobs, and help save our rural hospitals.
- We need to pass stronger legislation to stop corporate polluters and protect our air and water. I will make it a priority to pass legislation to rapidly move NC towards ending our use of fossil fuels for energy generation and replace them with green energy sources such as wind and solar energy.
