Joseph A. Montalbano

Joseph A. Montalbano is a judge of the Superior Court in Rhode Island. He was nominated by Gov. Lincoln Chafee on May 10, 2013 and confirmed by the Senate on May 30. He succeeded Francis J. Darigan, Jr. and will serve a life term.[1][2][3]
Education
Montalbano earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from the St. John's University School of Law.[3]
