Joseph C. Pastoressa is a justice for the Supreme Court 10th Judicial District in Suffolk County, New York, a position to which he was elected in 2011.[1] He was previously an acting-justice of the Suffolk County supreme court and a judge of the New York Court of Claims from 2004 to 2011.[2]

Pastoressa received his B.A. degree from St. John's University and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School.[2][3]
