Joseph Huber was a judge of the Superior Court of Santa Clara County in California. He assumed office in 2000. He left office on December 13, 2021.
Huber won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Santa Clara County in California outright in the primary on March 3, 2020, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Education
Huber received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from the Stanford Law School in 1967.[2][3]
Career
Before he became a judge, Huber worked as an attorney in private practice, specializing in insurance defense, in San Jose, California. He also previously served as the mayor of Palo Alto for one term and as a councilman on the Palo Alto City Council.[2]
