Joseph I. Davis, Jr. was a judge on the Miami-Dade County Court in Florida. He was appointed by Governor Charlie Crist on August 26, 2010 to succeed Jose L. Fernandez. He was elected in 2012 to a term that expired on January 8, 2019.[1][2]

Education

Davis received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Stetson University.[1]

Career

Prior to joining the court, Davis spent his career in private practice.[1]

2012 election

Davis was unopposed and automatically re-elected following the Nov. 6, 2012 general election.[2]
