Joseph Kebartas was a nonpartisan candidate for District 2 representative on the Boston City Council in Massachusetts. Kebartas was defeated in the primary election on September 26, 2017.

Biography

Kebartas attended South Boston High School and Boston State College. He then joined the U.S. Army, working as a psychiatric medic in the U.S. and Vietnam. He worked as a mental health specialist at McLean Hospital from 1974 until his retirement in 2011.[1]
