Joseph Kelsay
Joseph Kelsay was a Director of Agriculture in Indiana. He served in this position from 2009 to 2013.[1]
Kelsay announced on January 21, 2013 that he would be taking a position with Indianapolis based Dow AgroSciences. The decision comes after a December 2012 announcement that he would not be asked to stay on in his position in 2013.[2][3]
Biography
Kelsay is a sixth generation farmer. He has been a partner in Kelsay Farms since January 2000. His wife Amy operates Kelsay Farm Tours, LLC. He has served in a number of positions within the agriculture industry, including roles with the Indiana Professional Dairy Producers, Purdue University Dean of Agriculture‘s Advisory Council, Young Farmers in Indiana Farm Bureau, and the Indiana FFA Foundation.[4]
