Joseph Lewis Stackpole

Joseph Lewis Stackpole (1838-1904) was a federal judge on the Board of General Appraisers, which later became the United States Customs Court.

Stackpole was nominated to the Board by President Benjamin Harrison. He was confirmed on July 18, 1890. His service ended in 1891.[1]
