Joseph F. Lisa was a judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, Part C. He has judged in the Appellate Division since January 1, 2001 and had been the Presiding Judge of Part C since September 1, 2008.[1] Lisa retired from the court in 2011.[2]

Education

Judge Lisa graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and then received his law degree from Georgetown University in 1969. He is now married and has four children.[1][3]

Career

After law school, Judge Lisa worked as a private practice lawyer until he was appointed to the Superior Court on May 15, 1991. His mandatory retirement year is 2014.[1][3]
