Joseph M. Clarke, II
Joseph M. Clarke, II was a district court judge for the 23rd Judicial District's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia.[1] He died on July 18, 2014, at the age of 61.[2]
Education
Clarke received his undergraduate degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Clarke was a prosecutor in Roanoke County. He joined the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in the 23rd District in 1988 as a part-time judge. He became a full-time judge six months later and served on the court for twenty-six years.[2]
