Joseph M. Serkes
Joseph M. Serkes is a former district court judge for the 24th Judicial District in Bedford, Virginia.[1] He served as a judge from 1993 until his retirement from the court on January 31, 2013.[2]
Education
Serkes received his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross and his J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law.[3]
Career
Before he became a judge, Serkes worked as an attorney in private practice for fifteen years and served as a prosecutor for Nelson County, Virginia.[2]
