Joseph N. Schmenk is a judge for the Defiance County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Defiance, Ohio. He first joined the court in 1990.[1] Schmenk was re-elected to the Defiance County Court of Common Pleas General Division in 2014, winning a new term that expires on December 31, 2020.[2][3]

Education
Schmenk received his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Toledo in 1977 and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame in 1980.[5]
Career
Before joining the Defiance County Court of Common Pleas, Schmenk was a municipal court judge for the Defiance County Municipal Court from 1988 until 1990.[5]
