Joseph P. Binkley
Joseph P. Binkley (Democratic Party) is a judge for Division V of the Tennessee 20th Judicial District Circuit Court. His current term ends on September 1, 2030.
Binkley (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for the Division V judge of the Tennessee 20th Judicial District Circuit Court. He won in the general election on August 4, 2022.
Binkley was appointed by Governor Phil Bredesen in April 2008.[1][2][3][4]
Biography
Education
Binkley received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in 1966 and his J.D. degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1969.[1]
Career
Binkley began his career in 1969 as an attorney in private practice. He continued to work in that capacity until his appointment to the Twentieth Circuit Court in 2008.[1]
