Joseph P. Bounds was a district court judge for the 23rd Judicial District's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia. He retired in January of 2014.[1]
Education
Bounds received his undergraduate degree from Roanoke College and his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.[2]
