Joseph R. Rosa, Jr. is a judge on the Vicinage 2 Superior Court in New Jersey. He serves on the Civil Division.[1] Rosa was appointed to the court by acting-Governor Donald DiFrancesco and obtained tenured status in 2009. He will now serve on the court until he reaches 70 years of age in 2017.[2][3]
