Noblitt's campaign website highlighted the following issues:[6]

Jobs and economic security

  • Excerpts: "To increase our community’s Economic Security I will:
  • Support an increase in the Minimum Wage
  • Work to fully fund schools because education is an economic driver and the pathway to a job that pays well
  • Work to restore the billion dollar cuts to our public schools and fully fund QBE (Quality Basic Education). This will help reduce classroom size and provide our teachers with the resources they need
  • Fully fund Georgia’s Pre-K program
  • Restore funding to Georgia’s HOPE Scholarship program so that every qualified student can attend college
  • Help create pathways to Technical Colleges for students not pursuing a four-year degree
  • Continue to work with city and county leaders to address how our neighborhood are developed, including Turner Field and blighted neighborhoods"

Public safety

  • Excerpts: "To enhance Public Safety, I will work to:
    • Help our kids stay in school. That means making sure our schools have the resources they need to keep our children engaged
    • Work to ensure there are resources for our neighborhood parks and recreation centers.
    • Communicate regularly with our neighborhood leaders to establish and enhance watch programs
    • Work on legislation to bolster relationships between law enforcement and communities
    • Communicate district issues to city and state leaders."
