As a CPA I’ve worked in the energy industry and as an auditor for state and federal government. More importantly, I’m a husband, a father of 6 young kids and I’m a neighbor. I love our country and our constitution. I’m confident that we can heal partisan divides as we build on common values given to us in our founding documents.
  • I will focus on strengthening and protecting families, the building block of our society.
  • I’m committed to shrinking the size of government until we balance our budget.
  • Keep God in the public sphere. I won’t shelf our nation’s religious values when voting in Congress.

Congress can work together to build on common ideals without compromising core values. It’s a difficult balance, but I’m an optimist, and I believe in miracles.
Moving sprinkler pipes, .15 per pipe. Helped an older brother during the summer when I was 11 or 12.
A general tendency to stray from family values (moral decay) and a government that has struggled to live within a budget. An aging population and a lack of affordable housing are emerging as major challenges as well.
I agree with term limits. 12 years is an appropriate term limit for congressmen.
The longer 6 year term reduces volatility and the focus on campaigning. A needful feature for the Senate.
It can be, it can also be detrimental. It largely depends on the individual.
Debate without vitriol is a healthy and needful component of our Democratic Republic. I support the filibuster.
Mike Lee has been fiscally and socially responsible. I like his policies and positions in general.
I view moral character and sound judgment as the most important qualities for any judge.
I want to know them all personally and to understand what makes them tick. I want to hear their opinions and learn to appreciate the strengths that each of them individually brings to the Senate. I will work hard to build consensus and to disagree without being disagreeable when differences of opinion can’t be reconciled without compromising core values.
Moral character, sound judgment and proven competency in professional or volunteer work that can easily translate to success in the cabinet.
