Joshua B. Rustad is Judge No. 1 for the Northwest Judicial District Court in North Dakota. He was first elected to the court in 2010.[1][2]
Rustad won re-election to a second six-year term in 2016.
Biography
Rustad received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota in 1995 and his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1999.[1]
