Joshua D. Underwood

Joshua D. Underwood is an associate circuit court judge for the 34th Circuit Court in Missouri. He was appointed to this position in early 2013 by Governor Jay Nixon (D) to replace Judge Charles L. Spitler.[1] He was first elected to the seat in 2014.[2]
Education
Underwood received his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University. He earned his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law.[1]
Career
Before his appointment to the bench, Underwood was an attorney in private practice. He was also a municipal judge for New Madrid, and also worked as the city attorney for Marston.[1]
