I was born and raised in Beaumont, enlisted in the Marines at 18 and served as a Reconnaissance Marine. I got a BS and MS in Aerospace engineering from UT Austin and then moved to this area in 2005 to work in the space program. For the last 8 years, I have been a stay at home dad and tech entrepreneur. I am a full stack developer specializing in 3D programming and mathematics in the web browser.
  • Enforce immigrations law to compel all illegal aliens to return home
  • Reform the legal immigration system to end tech worker programs
  • End affirmative action
Everything is downstream of immigration - everything. I want to reform health care, balance the budget, return freedom of speech, and reform the ethics and the elections process to cut down on corruption. I am pro-life and marriage.
There have been numerous political figures in American and European history that have exemplified what is most missing from our society today - the willingness to stand up and say the truth. This includes everything from Washington's urging of us not to get involved in foreign entanglements to Jackson's desire to kill the bank.

As far as an example of who to emulate, there is no one better than the apostle Paul. He saw the truth and dedicated his life to it, no matter what the cost. There are truths today that everyone knows but will not or cannot say and this is the primary problem facing us today.
I am a nationalist and a patriot.

There is no single book that will explain my views, the struggle going on in this nation or what will happen in the next two decades. My views are shaped by what happened in Europe between 1900 and 1950, what happened in Bosnia in the 1990's, what happened in Rwanda, Zimbabwe, and other African nations, as well as what happened recently in Venezuela.
Integrity and honor. These qualities manifest in several ways. First, they should campaign on specific stances on issues and then legislate accordingly once elected. Second, they should not take lobbyist money. Third, they should regularly meet with their constituents. Fourth, they should speak intelligently and eloquently on the issues.
I have no desire to be in office or to remain there. I will go there and do what I am pledging - enforce immigration laws - and then I will return home. My political future therefore cannot be purchased.

What I have seen most from candidates in the past is a desire to make broad, sweeping claims that they are the "most conservative" or that they will "fight socialism". These are always efforts to avoid saying something that they can be held accountable for at a later date.

I am pledging to end illegal immigration by forcing those here as the result of illegal entry to return home.
Protect the nation - economically, culturally, and militarily.

Economically, the budget should be balanced and the burden on the people should be as small as possible. By doing this, the legislators ensure a stable future for generations so that the bills of debt do not come due.

Culturally, the legislators should ensure that foreign nations and corporations are not manipulating popular opinion or working in opposition to the American people.

Militarily, Congress should protect our lands from invasion.

The current Congress has failed to do all of these things for several decades.
The nation is rapidly changing. This is happening almost solely due to immigration. I would like to force the nation to acknowledge the fact that this has had severely negative consequences for the native population.
I vaguely remember the assassination attempt on President Reagan, but was only 5 or 6 years old at the time. I remember the Challenger disaster and was 10 years old at the time. That was one event that steered me towards aerospace engineering.
Grocery store clerk - 16 years old to 18 years old. Before this, I mowed yards from age 14 to 16.
The Problem of Pain - CS Lewis.

The primary issue that most people have with a Christian God that an all powerful and good God would not allow so much suffering. This misconception persists despite the fact that so many intelligent people have grappled with it and explained it in the past. This short book clears up this issue.
Aragorn. Everyone thinks that the hero is the guy that fights better than anyone else. The idea that Aragorn was successful mostly because he would not be corrupted is appealing. Although, the reality is that I would likely be more like Frodo - I am just they guy doing what no one else wants to do.
I have a 7 year old and a 3 year old. I can sing Sofia the First, Blaze and the Monster Machines, Paw Patrol, and numerous other tunes from memory.

The last one that really got stuck was the one from Lego Movie 2 - "This Song's gonna get stuck inside your head"
I attended college on the GI bill. I worked nights and weekends to pay for room and board and studied a subject where I was starting out far behind everyone else. There were more nights than I can count where I went without sleep and scrapped together money to eat.

The fact that I was able to get through this only to be labeled as "privileged" and to see that label passed to my children was one of the driving forces for me to run for office.
The House was given the "power of the purse," meaning that all allocation of money starts with legislation from the House. Because of this, it was also designed to be the body most responsive to the will of the people and therefore the entire body is reelected every two years.

The fact that the most powerful people in the world - House Speaker, Minority Leader, Whips, etc face reelection so often is very unique.
In many offices, experience in the industry is quite useful. For US Congress, someone who has previous political experience is usually someone who views satisfying the donors and the party over the people - hence their political success.
Immigration - both legal and illegal. This causes a loss of jobs, lower wages, higher cost to access health care, and numerous other issues.
House Committee on Science, Space and Technology - I am an aerospace engineer that worked in the space program.
House Committee on Appropriations - to help balance the budget
Yes. The house was designed to be the office that is most responsive to the will of the people.
I am very supportive of term limits. I support 12 years in the Senate as that is two full terms. I support 10 or 12 years in the House as well. This limit should be exclusive in that you cannot serve 12 years in one office and 12 years in the other.
I don't want to name any particular story. I have heard from more people than I can count that their livelihoods have been destroyed through mass immigration of H1B and similar Visas as well as mass illegal immigration. I have seen homeless veterans and heard from men whose sons have been mentally and physically destroyed fighting in wars and then abandoned by the nation they served in favor of illegal aliens. Each and every time I hear these stories, I feel as if a member of my family has been assaulted by our government.
