Biography
Joshua Rosales was born in Lake Jackson, Texas. He earned a double bachelor’s degree in international studies, Spanish, and economics from DePaul University in 2008. Rosales also attended South Texas College of Law in Houston. His career experience includes working for a global law firm in strategic planning, marketing, and growth. Rosales has served as Parent-Teacher Organization President at Hobby Elementary Dual Language Academy and on the Houston Independent School District Instructional Continuity Committee.[1]
