Joyce Blair
Joyce Blair was a candidate for the Toms River seat on the Toms River Board of Education in New Jersey. She was defeated in her election bid against fellow challengers Robert Onofrietti Jr. and James G. Sigurdson on November 5, 2013.
Biography
Blair studied Business at Ocean County College. She worked as a secretary for the school district from 1985 to 2011. At the time of her candidacy, Blair worked as a receptionist for the Lakewood BlueClaws baseball club.[1]
