Joyce Nolin
Joyce Nolin was a 2016 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 12th Congressional District of Georgia.[1] Nolin was defeated by Tricia Carpenter McCracken in the Democratic primary on May 24, 2016.[2]
